season finales

Hmmm... did anyone watch 24 the other night? I don't even know what to think. It just didn't gel. I did not feel too much closure on anything. I know they want to keep us hanging until next season but come on people! That's a heck of a lot of hangers!!! The president seemed a bit too eager to bust her daughter...who...I thought deserved a good busting but...it is the lady's child. Her only living child left. I don't know. I thought she might think on it a little more before turning her in. :) Just felt WEIRD. And when did Kim Bauer become Ms. McGyver all of a sudden? Like she knows anything? when did she work at CTU? Did I miss that season? I was with the program all spring leading up to monday night and it just didn't do it for me.
I'm just bored and looking for something to write. :) On a different note, I think Adam should have won tonight although most of my friends from church LOATHED Adam and wanted Kris to win. I liked them both, really. I liked the guitar/artist type of guy that Kris was but I also liked the super star glitz that Adam brought when he was on stage. Just two different types of talent. How do you judge apples and oranges I always wonder? It's what people prefer I guess. LIke...who's more talented: POD or Nichole Nordeman? How do you judge 2 totally different types of talent? popularity I guess. At any rate...KISS kind of gave me the willies. They guy has got to quit with the tongue thing. It totally grosses me out. The platforms were awesome, though! Ha ha!
And the only other show I watch...Smallville...only because (cough cough) Clark Kent is such a handsome little sucker, (he has GOT to get an acting coach!) actually ended it's season last week. Cheap. Couldn't the writers come up with one other story for this week? Good grief. I guess I can watch re-runs on my DVR or maybe the DVDs of all the other seasons! Ha ha ha...gotta love Clark! Did you know that my handsome hubby has almost the exact same features as the superman posted on the billboard at the 6-flags Superman ride? Yep...sure does. I married my own little version of Clark Kent thank you very much. THe billboard gave stats for all the super heroes. I'd LOVE to say that I had the stats for wonder woman or super girl...but not so much. :)
Superman (according to THEIR billboard...is 6'3, 225, dark hair, blue eyes...that's my Sugar...except he's 6'2. Sooooo close. :)
I won't EVEN give you super girl's stats but let's just say I should maybe lose about oh....5 or 10 lbs. HA HA HA...
