The camera adds how much???

I was supposed to record the last bit of vocals for my latest album yesterday or today.  But around Monday I figured out I couldn't get the sitter lined out so I changed the date.  Funny thing is,  I woke up Thursday without a voice.  Go figure.  So, I guess it all works out in the end, eh?

So, I'm messing around on the computer and I'm watching the music from this past weekend at  Stonegate ( I was singing...ha ha) and YIKES! Who's the old fat lady on stage?   That could not be me???  I look every BIT of 30/10,  people.  (That's forty but I hate to say it. :) There has GOT to be a slimming,  youth-faking  lens on those cameras.   Is it not 2008? 

I'm such a happy person until I see a picture of me and BAM I'm depressed. :(  I went to the dr. the other day and the nurse told me to hop on the scale.  So I said, " Can I just tell you what I WANT to weigh and call it even?"  Nope.  So I get up on the scale and a herd of elephants pile right up behind me causing the scale to tip SEVERELY to right.  I'm like, "get off, already" but they had already disappeared and the number was posted. :(  So wrong!!!

So maybe I'll spend the rest of the evening searching for a new diet.  Yes.  That's what I want to do with my spare time.  Right.  Maybe I'll just read about how other people lost it and feel happy for them.  In the mean time I need some throat spray for this crazy laryngitis.  Maybe it's a good thing I can't talk.  I talk too much anyway.
